Brief Introduction
1.1 The apparatus
ZDZ-52 resistance vacuum gauge controller can test one channel signal of the gauge tube; controlling two channels contact output of the relay and having the 0-5V analog output. In the testing range, it can be set freely for the point control and the area control, and it is suitable to be used in testing and controlling the rough and low vacuum.
It adopts the top quality microprocessor as its main machine, improving its reliability by decreasing external components. Its power supply employs high quality module supply; Its hardware employs the modular structure, EMI restraint and WATCHDOG circuit; while the software employs anti-interference technique, such as redundancy, trap, digital filtering and so on to improve its anti-interference ability and performance, which ensures the high reliability of the apparatus and its normal use in bad industrial environment.

3.2 Instruction for the wiring connection on the backpanel
A: Power supply socket: connect with three core power supply wire
B: Resistance gauge tube socket (5 PIN):
Instruction for the cable: the end of apparatus------------- the end of vacuum gauge tube
(1, 2, 3, 4) correspond with (1, 2, 3, 4)
Option for the extended function:
C: Analog output interface (PB-9) can output the vacuum module output, such as 0-5/10V/10mV or 0/4-10/20mA, and so on.
D: RS232, RS485.etc unidirectional or bi-directional interface output can communicate with computer (one computer can connect with 99 vacuum gauge controllers in maximum).
E: Two groups of relay controls J1, J2 can control the connection or disconnection of the device or valve, realizing the automatic control.
The selected option for gauge tube interface: DN16/25/35CF; DN10/16/25/40KF; Φ15.5; 1/8”NPT, and so on.
The selected option for the length of wire: 3m/5m/10m/15m/20m/25m/30m/…..100m.
